How about he repay all the 2.6 and a 1 1/2 times that amount as a fine? In addition, they do have geriatric prisons that he could have and should have been sentenced to. That would have been the best example to set. No matter what your age, you do the time for the crime.

Also how about 2 years of pro bono work in lieu of probation. Bet that would hurt him where his lives… in his bank account.
