What makes you think I don't wear a helmet when I ride? I do. What makes you think a "legally required" helmet gives any more protection than one worn voluntarily? It doesn't. When will you mental midgets learn to differentiate between the UTILITY OF HELMETS and the FUTILITY OF HELMET LAWS? Probably never.
