Subject: RE: McCarren Ferguson fiasco?
At some point we have to ask ourselves is it states rights or are there 50 sets of bureaucrats hanging on to their high paying, great benefit (healthcare etc) jobs.
It is just insurance for goodness sakes, some weather related and other catastrophic issues that the P & C market has to deal with, but why all the layers and layers of bureaucratic stuff adding to our costs?
Sorry, forgot about the lawyers who have to read the 50 different sets of rules plus the admitted vs non admitted rules and regs.
While I am on my box, please, we only need one general set of Workers compensation rules and regs for most workers, you can leave the USL & H and Jones act as it is if you really need two more sets of rules.
