I rmeember seeing pics after the hurricane showing several casinos that were of the "floating" type that had been moved clear across the highway and were several hundred yards from the shoreline - but basically still "intact". sure looked like it would take water to do that, rather than wind. maybe since the judge is in Nevada he has a soft spot for the gambling industry.
