There are a few at A minus that have to be wondering who will sign their next paycheck? The stock carriers are going to have to start raising rates soon, in the middle of a soft market and a recession to boot. Something has to give and that probably means SELL?? That is the word that I'm hearing on the street, and from those who work for these carriers. They are watching.
