We've been told that this business will eventually be handled by the India outsourcing initiative. The Black Box will evaluate the risk and India will act as the service center when it goes up. Until then, we are getting more work on our plate for no more money. We already have to respond in 4 hours and don't have enough people to do that. Think we'll take more time with Costoc business? How do they expect us to do all of that?
