What good is a rating when, out of the clear blue, the company with one of the best ratings overall suddently realizes, and takes it upon itself to announce, that they have taken a huge loss and then the rating bureau, which should have been calculating for these possibilities all along just follows suite. Why have a rating bureau at all if they can't make financial predictions on worst case senerios in the first place. Oops, I guess the barn door was open all the time, but nobody noticed it until after the horses left.
