The basic problem all along with this "case" was that it was venue'd in Rio Grande City (Hidalgo or Maverick county, I can't remember which) - anyway, this is the Rio Grande valley where all the Pltfs and all the jurors look, act and speak the same - almost impossible to lose a liability law suit there - unless you are of similar persuasion
