Mr FL Agent- Sorry, don't blame Travelers, but blame your state's Regulators. Insurance is like any other business in that if you can't generate an adequate return on your capital, you simply find elsewhere to invest. You can't blame them for non-renewing policies that they know will likely produce underwriting losses. Your state's regulators need to allow carriers to choose their customers and rate to charge, and this free market system will ultimately produce a more competitive market for all.
