Honestly, I think the Lenders ought to be sued. Their greed and negligence led to this crisis. They tempted and lured people hwo otherwise would not be able to buy a home, into buying a home with a lousy loan and allowing them to lie about their income. this caused low income people to get $500K homes and then foreclose once the rates went up... putting innocent peoples equity in jeopardy.

I bought a home in good faith that it was a good solid investment. And I am very angry that the banks went and did what they did, and it feels like they walked in a ripped me off. The lenders bad decisions cost me a lot of money. They had to know this was going to happen, baby boomers predicted it.
