I like the 5 years.....IF he serves it which is doubtful. Once the sensationalism quiets, watch for a VERY early release w/o publicity. The $250,000 fine is an insult to every decent person on the planet. He should be required to make full restitution and his assests seized and liquidated if he can't pay. The problem with our legal system is that it's too lenient for "white collar" crimes. As it stands, this scumbag will be out in time to enjoy his retirement and all his fraudulently obtained money.
