Has anyone heard of the asbestos debacle involving many doctors in many states with many attorneys who had to testify before the house and took the fifth. It involved silica and asbestos diagnoses that may have been something less than accurate. If memory serves me Dickie was sued by one of his ex-partners over attorney fees, no honor among thieves; but then honor and thieves are mutually exclusive terms aren't they. Dickie, I suspect was right in the middle of that as well or some of his ex partners, partners, cohorts in crime, etc.
