You can bet that if the insurance companies rated lawyers, the lawyers would be out there with so many lawsuits that the courts would be swamped for years. Does the phrase "scum-sucking bottom dwellers" strike any bells?

And it is interesting that the trial lawyers have changed their organization's name (which meant something when it referred directly to trial lawyers) to the "American Association for Justice", a name intended to hide thir true identity.

Actually, there are a lot of good lawyers out there, but the majority of them spoil the barrel of apples, so to speak.
