Take them to court. I've already one the first court appearance and they appealed. Were in round two now. I'll keep going until the final third party decides the result. Be ready for an appeal....That's their game. Just keep going and see if you can't prove Bad Faith Insurance then you can ask for the expenses they're causing you to incur and punitive damages. Google FBIC and it will help you with explaining bad faith insurance. Good Luck. I'm still suing Erie in court. So far I've been winning.
