No problem. It's ashame they force us to take court action but they figure most will go away for numerous reasons. They try to make you spend money with attorneys when they already have them on retainer. I would also get the affected party to contact the insurance commission of the state your in. The really offer no help but it shows your exausting all efforts. Be sure to document all letters and phone calls you've made and to who. Keep up with your expenses. I hope you win. I'm into mine going on 4 yrs. since turning in the claim. They like to stall and wear you down. I've enjoyed the fight. They will eventually learn I'm not going to give up no matter how many times they appeal. I'll continue spending the money. It's principal. You get tired of how they treat people. Good luck and wear them out. It doesn't hurt to send letters certified. They will deny things that did happen. The adjuster even produced a fake letter at his deposition. He was trying to show he communicated. It was a lie. It was not on company letter head and he had no signed copy and he did not send it certified. Get prepared, they will lie to win. Good Luck.
