Greg, Well,I don't know what got them to finally come to their senses but they are finally accepting full liability. It's a shame that we have to become pit bulls with these companies nowadays when we are totally in the right. In Maryland they look for that 1% loophole. Beware Marylanders. The adjuster's supervisor even tried to argue with me about the meaning of "oncoming". Believe it or not she said oncoming meant only coming from the opposite direction. Never got to tell her to go to the Oxford Dictionary. They accepted their responsibility before I could throw that one at her. Good luck with them and keep fighting. More people need to speak up and not let companies try to make them feel intellectually inferior. As for their supervisor, she needs to go back to school.
