You've got it wrong. The "FBIC" gives the 50 best good faith companies, too. Erie is just on the bad faith insurance list according to the "FBIC". Anyone who wants to form an opinion just pull the web sight up. It's not mine. I just know Jeffrey Ludrof, the former CEO, lied to the insurance commission on paper and I can prove it. You can't argue that one. Just ask all the Katrina victims what they think of the insurance companies that covered them in Louisiana. I'm sure they were oh so kind to them. I know one adjuster that quit the insurance company he worked for because he couldn't take what the company he worked for was doing to the victims. So, until you've been there done that--get out from behind your insurance desk and try and help people. Again, google "FBIC" and see where your carrier is rated with them. You might be surprised.
