2. When you have had an Auto claim and see your company in action, if they do a grat job you would definately be less likely to move. On the other hand if they do a terrible job I can almost gaurantee they will not see your premium come renewal.
Commercial Lines - these people seem to shop there insurance every chance they can get. Since there is more premium involved, agents are always knocking on the doors asking for an opportunity to quote.
I really don't see the same competition in Personal Lines as I do Commercial.
