Why isnt anyone going to jail? Why isnt anyone having to pay restituation? If I, as an Insurance Agent/who sells mutual funds etc., did something even close to this - I would be in jail. I went to realestate seminars were numerous real estate agents said that you could NOT loose your money on this (realestate)investment. "Far Better returns then the stock market with no risk" they said. They said things you and I would be prosecuted for, in a heartbeat, and yet they are all at home, business as usual. And, Historicall speaking, 20 years from now they will do it again. In the 80's they called this the S&L scam, we wont be done paying that one off until 2013.
