I've been hoping for a definitive answer to my question as to the real and true value of scoring as a legitimate predictor of future claims. I for one have had my doubts and still do. I believe it is wholly discriminatory and should be abolished by the Insurance Departments. My understanding is that Oregon has done just that; hooray for them. I will look forward to reading the subsequent parts to this article.
