No reasonable person would provide coverage to alleviate future losses after a loss occurs and then say two losses or more are needed to trigger the coverage availability.. Do they really think it reasonable to have multiple losses before taking steps to alleviate?
The new flood elevation certificates were created to have a licensed professional visit the site and certify the elevations but not include the other requirements needed to rate like number of stories type of foundation etc. This is left to the agent. Why? Why dont the flood zone maps overlay the aerial maps like google. Do they really want accuracy or a scapegoat in case of loss?
