Subject: Sovereign immunity??
And how will they handle the fact that this mess was created by our congressmen, Presidents, and government bureaucrats? Sure, greedy financial people are in the spot light BUT NONE OF THIS HAPPENS without the backing of our elected officials who came up with programs like CRA (Community Reinvestment Act)and expanded them beyond what was originally intended.
Sue the gov't???? Maybe the American public can settle out of court. It may be less expensive to pay the scum off.
