I still have a hard time believing that they are going to retain much of that business after all this publicity.

Competition is too tough in this soft market, when a client or existing client thinks of AIG, they associate that with "bankruptcy, failure, penny stock"; not the first thing you want to come to mind for a company that is agreeing to provide coverage and defend you.
