People in this country have a short memory. This same scenario played out in the early 1980's when insurance companies invested in real estate and banks started to fail because the officers loaned money to their contractor buddies in large sums. Many people got wealthy off the backs of the average citizen. This problem is the same thing.History repeats itself.
I'll have to remember to become a contractor in 10 years borrow all kinds of money to purchase property and just wait until everything collapses and the government can come and bail the wealthy out again.
Like I said let them sink in the ocean.I could give two squats about the banks or the contractors or their drunken employees.
Let the depression begin!
