This is a great introductory article to social media. I have long thought that social media and web 2.0 platforms would be a great way for insurane agencys and producers to connect with clients, but there are so few who are going in this direction. Attorneys and accountants are some of the professionals out there already using these tools to their advantage, but agents are still underutilizing the web as way to engage clients.
