Let me see if I got this straight. I'm on an HOA/COA board of directors with a fiduciary responsibility to the individual unit owners and I'm going to "ok" the placement of ANY long tail liability coverage with ANY division of AIG, let alone Environmental where issues may not manifest themselves for years. I know we will be diligent and be sure our retro dates are uninterrupted, etc., etc., but AIG? Gimme a break. The kool aid is really flowing isn't it?
