I won't argue that people (businesses) should be held accountable for their mistakes. But this isn't the case here. The drug wasn't the problem. The person who administered it was. If I get run over by someone driving a car, do I get to sue the car manufacturer?

We all have the ability to do good things and/or bad things. It's what we do when faced with those decisions that defines us. Based on her DECISION to go after the drug company, I think she is a bad person
