Pay your $5,000 fee and get your designation. A former employer "earned" this designation. After every department submitted it's business processes, and evaluator was supposed to spend a full day interviewing department heads. The evaluator spend 4 hours in the office and spoke only to the CEO. This is a far cry from a real Quality initiative and designation. Once again, convenience wins out over substance.
