Would somebody please tell Liberty Mutual that the market is supposed to harden? They've been the cheapest thing on the street with their "Agency Markets" for almost 3 years. It can't last much longer? They don't even call it underwriting anymore - they just call it 'taking orders or whatever price you want or need'.... How long can they last before they are burned?
