then the word conceirge that progessive got patented should be removed since it does not transform anything and is not a machine. afterall, the hotel service had been using this word before the insurance used it...so it sounds like the hotel service can now sue the insurance company for stealing it's own word...or can we say that for even the service that is recieved by the box/suite seating at sporting events. or for that matter, what about cruise lines? um...um...um..........
