Does this universal health care they're talking about apply to illegals? They seem to be getting coverage somehow (why else would they be coming across the border from Mexico to have their babies?)As far as I know they can go to a clinic or emergency room and get treated since I don't think these institutions can refuse to treat them can they? My sisters X's sister got very expensive medical treatment for her child and she didn;t have ins and she was legal! Does anyone know how illegals affect the health ins costs? Someone must be paying for it?
