Subject: Gee How Surprising...
Regarding the statement "Universal coverage is within reach," what she means is that our wallets are within reach.
I've got an idea...let's just turn everything over to the government. After all, if they can bring us to "health care" utopia why not have them manage food, water, cars, shoes, the air we breathe, clothing, pets (after all pets benefit people!), computers (and computer security...after all, just look at how efficiently and dollar wise the government manages "national security"), and everything else in our lives.
Incidentally, ideas like "universal coverage" are based on the works of Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Lenin and other illustrious "leaders" of the past.
