I wish some of you would get a little humanity. I could care less if my taxes go up to help someone. How messed up would it be to deny someone help after a car accident just because they weren't a US citizen. Everyone having health coverage shouldn't even be an issue. Is it not our moral duty to try and help other human beings? All the med companies do is rip off people by jacking up the costs of procedures and medications. Also everyone talking about how horrible it would be if we had universal health care is crazy. I have heard many stories of US citizens in Europe getting sick. If it is late at night a doctor will literally come to your room. It usually only takes a few minutes. Anyways have some humanity and quit worrying about profits and taxes. If you pay an extra 10 dollars a year I would say that is worth saving someones life.
