For a business owner Green Insurance would pay for increased cost to replace damaged property with green rated equipment, products and construction materials. It can also cover costs to restore a previously green status or LEED certification. It can also be coverages for wind farms, hybrid cars, etc.

Fireman's Fund is writing it and they have some good info on their website.

Brian- is this IIABNY green program open to non-New York agents? I'm in the NE and it sounds interesting.
