As the practice sector leader of a major international forensic Engineering, Architecture, and MEP firm, we are receiving many inquiries from the claims and underwriting folks at major insurance carriers (most have recently entered the green market), all looking for an education. The hot topic for Thornton Tomasetti (TT) has become the great "what-if", referring to the inevitable need to develop an educated claims staff, prepared to respond to potential commercial green loss scenarios. In addition, we have been instrumntal in assisting many large carriers with crafting their "green" endorsement language.
