Subject: I predict a rush to cash flow underwriting
I also predict AM Best will continue to ignore signs of insolvencies and make few company rating changes.
All of this will be completely missed by the fragmented, State Regulatory system.
All of this is due to company CEO compensation packages being based on short term, not long term results.
Eventually the insurance industry will implode leaving the government (taxpayers) to pick up the pieces while the CEO's make regular withdrawals from their offshore bank accounts.
An the hits just keep on comin'...
