I would hope that A M Best, Moody's and S&P, all return to properly rating the carriers the way they should have before this mess all started. If they had we wouldn't be where we are now. I also do not think that Federal Regulation is the answer. If it were the SEC wouldn't be under the investigation that it is. Had it not been for the state regulators, the entire insurance industry would be in shambles.
