It's been proven time and time again they are all criminals in some way shape or form.I suppose maybe it's a prerequesite to becoming a government employee on the high up level?
If these were Muslims they would probably have a full scale Superior Court investigation,court marshal our military men or women but our fine (not) dictator would not allow that!
