Specialized teams of doctors and outcome based compensation systems are both components of healthcare reform put forth by Renee Herzlinger (of Havard) in her book "Who Killed Healthcare?" Her solutions are about patients getting access to physicians who are enabled by a system that encourages positive outcomes, not our increasingly monolithic treatment based system.

Definitely more reasonable than Obama's idea of "disciplining the market." Didn't Stalin already try the "disciplining the market" approach?

Along those lines, is ABC changing their name to Gosteleradio?
