Subject: Too Old a Cat to be Fooled by a Kitten
A public system that dramatically limits care can control costs...unfortunately Americans do not want THERE care limited...An that is the rub...So what is coming all dressed-up in fancy language and us all holding hands...Rationing of care. And sadly the bean counters will be at the controls, not us.
