Gerry Ford once said when visiting a Budweiser brewery, "If the government made beer it would be $50 a six pack." That was in 1974 and the same is true today. There is not a single solitary thing that the goverment touches that doesn't waste money...nothing. Because a business doesn't have an open spiket called the taxpayer to tap for their inefficiency, they have to control spending or go broke. The waste and theft in the Medicare system alone accounts for up to $150 Billion/year...and when we have more "Public" healthcare....stand back!
Furthermore, there isn't a single Public healthcare system in the world that's worth spit...if you like it so much...go to England and talk to the people....(They want OUR system of private healthcare and we're about to blow our system up...)
