Either his almightiness Obama is naive, takes us for fools, or is so drunk on his own arrogance and power that he asks this question. Other than having no incentive to control costs, being able to print its own money and not being subject to profit requirements, there's such an obvious reason that it doesn't even bear stating: government does its "business" by pointing guns at us. We have no choice; either we do what they say or we get fined, thrown in jail or killed. The last time I checked, other businesses can't do that.
