Subject: RE: Meaningful Change
Meaningful is to put a realistic limit out there that is designed to keep DRUNK people off the road and not stuff the coffers of the municipal/county/state govts for those that had a few drinks with dinner. I'm 41 years old and I still feel like I felt when I was 18 about having a friggen drink.... I feel like it is a criminal act and that someone is watching me if I am anywhere other than my own house having a drink.
