The plan calls for people to stay at home and be :) since the roads will be too crowded anyway. As she says "a lot
of good can come just by letting people
be people."
Her main emphasis is that we should not be too worried about dangers, especially from nuclear power and chemical plants.
Education and studies are the key. Implied is that (PR?) firms like her's are selling it.
Examples can be googled all over the place ie PEPCO in Md. Kind of gets to the essence of the corruption hidden by the polite word privitization.
