House Bill 1453 could be a start in demanding "something" be done to protect our elderly. I would like to see the board be composed of individuals that have no financial gain at all. The board should consist of dedicated medical people, independant Elder Care Advocates.

In many states there appears to be a "tie" between politicians & Health Service Departments.
