My parent have just been put in a nursing home in Oklahoma, they have been in one week and the home has lost their clothes, my mothers teeth and glasses. I live in California and feel like I am at the mercy of these people. I call to inquire and find they are not telling me the whole story. This is unbelievable, the homes director was very unprofessional in talking to me about the condition of my parents. I am quite upset and do not know where to turn at this point. It is very difficult when my parent moved back to Oklahoma (their birth place) to retire and now they are both ill and so far away. I can't even trust the home they are in to tell me the real story.
