One thing that gets me is when the state comes in to looks around to see what is going on , they have let management know ahead of time that they are coming. so than they have time to set the paper work right and have plenty of help. Also the states should have a test for the nursing staff to see if they are able to deal with the elderly. So many things are wrong with nursing homes. Trust me i work in one
