Does anybody have any info on whether or not Allstate has to reimburse ALE? The first time I spoke with an adjuster in December, she told me Allstate was waiting on a decision to be made (in some court I assume) sometime around 12-12-05. The next time I spoke to her, in January, she said they were waiting for a decision on the decision ( again, I assume she was talking about an appeal to the decision to pay ALE to all policyholders). Since, I have gotten letters from Allstate stating the same...waiting on a decision. While we all are waiting on a decision, the living expenses that were incurred during and after Rita are costing me money having used my credit card to provide everything my family (my wife, 17-yr. old son and myself) needed. Allstate has been good about covering everything else involved. Any info would be appreciated.
