hi, i will be 61 next month and i can not find a insurance policy i can affford. i am high risk so really no one wants to insure me. i did have okla high risk but it got to expensive. i have very low income and my husband is disabled. i was told by a friend that this tabbaco money was suppose to help the uninsured. please let me know if this is true. kathy
