Please tell me how to get in on this class action suit. I filed my claim on Sept. 6 and I have not been assign an adjuster. The number they gave me to call was 225-744-4166, the people there are a joke. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone. It's been "WE don't have a claim for you", or "You have not been assigned an adjuster", and this is the one I just love,The supervisor, Kie Kie, says "You're with Team H, I have three telephone numbers for you to call so you can set up an appointment". Well the numbers are Nextels', each has the same voice mail message, you can't leave a message, so you are back to square one. On October 18th my agent sent an e-mail to Citizens Website Feedback, explaining the difficulty in getting someone to call me. A P. Pursnell of Property Insurance Association of Louisiana forwarded the e-mail to J. Boudreaux, S. Jackson, and C. Mathes asking for someone to contact me concerning an adjuster. The next day I got several calls, all saying my information would be sent to central claims and I should hear from someone in 48 hours. That was on October 19th and I'm still waiting to hear from someone. Please send me information on how to be included in this class action suit.
